Research Presented at MHSRS 2026

Analgesia in combat and prolonged field care is a distinct scientific and operational problem. MHSRS is one of the forums where this problem is discussed with the military clinicians and researchers who work on it.

The presentation will cover the candidate’s pharmacology and the development program to date. The company describes lumekefamide, an investigational candidate, as acting through selective μ1-opioid receptor agonism combined with calcium-channel modulation.
