Eugene Zabolotsky is a senior healthcare executive with over 27 years of experience spanning the global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. His expertise integrates regulatory strategy, business development, and commercialization leadership across multiple therapeutic areas—making him uniquely qualified to guide the development and U.S. market positioning of Taphalgin.

Throughout his career, Eugene has played key roles in the successful launches of several blockbuster drugs and devices, including ARTHROTEC®, CELEBREX®, and LYRICA® (Pfizer/Pharmacia & Upjohn/Searle), SANCUSO® (Quintiles, now IQVIA), and Exogen 4000® and SUPATZ® (Smith & Nephew). He has earned multiple industry awards for exceptional performance in commercial strategy and market access.

As Founder and CEO of Health Helper, Eugene developed the award-winning Bite Helper® medical device and continues to drive innovation in consumer health and military medicine. He is a member of the Forbes Business Council, a contributor to Senior Healthcare Executive and Global Networker magazines, and a founding member of Bullpen (BLPN).

Eugene also maintains deep connections within the defense and medical innovation sectors as a member of SOMA (Special Operations Medical Association), MTEC (Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium), and AUSA (Association of the United States Army).
