Gennadiy Melnikov

Mr. Melnikov is a biotechnology executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership in pharmaceutical R&D, corporate management, and international project development. Since 2016, he has led PVP Labs Group, specializing in peptide-based therapeutics.

Under his direction, the company developed two proprietary compounds: Taphalgin® and Arvidal®, and is currently developing an additional innovative peptide candidate. He oversees the search and development of new promising peptide candidates, the organization of preclinical screening programs, and patent protection.

He has extensive international experience overseeing discovery, preclinical, and clinical development programs (Phases I–III), along with strategic management of regulatory submissions, IP and licensing programs, and supervision of international legal, financial, and partnership activities.
